Pleasure Island Rentals abides by the following policy guidelines to protect the best interest of all stakeholders, including our valuable customers. Due to the high demand for our rental equipment and the costs of holding items on reserve the following cancellation fees are to be assessed:
Canceling a reservation within 24 hours of the start date of the reservation; no refund will be given
Canceling a reservation within 48 hours of the start date of the reservation; a 25% refund will be given
Canceling a reservation within 72 hours of the start date of the reservation; a 75% refund will be given
Any canceled reservation outside of 72 hours of the start date of the reservation; an 85% refund will be given
*A full refund will not be given on any canceled reservation due to the high yielding credit card processing fees, sales taxes, and the cost of holding an item on reserve that is imposed on Pleasure Island Rentals. Thank you for your understanding.
