The beautiful saltwater marsh offers 8,000 acres of exploration and is part of the Colonial Water Birds Nesting area along with the National Estuarine Research Reserve. You’ll see birds, marine and plant life at its best. Your guide is knowledgeable about the wildlife and the history of the area, which will provide you with a one-of-a-kind unique nature experience only available on a kayak!
Zeke’s Island, directly across from the Fort Fisher basin, is full of fun places to explore on this 1165 acre-site. You’ll experience edible plants, swimming holes, and wildlife galore. This 2-hour tour is great fun for the whole family!
Perfect for those who want to take the paddling a little slower and enjoy the view and nature scenic tour. You’ll experience pelicans, egrets, ibis, herons, and cormorants and much more. This is a low impact activity, easy for adults of all ages.
